Eric Rosen

Eric’s 38-year career in real estate has provided extensive experience in all elements demanded by the Project, from site selection and acquisition, financing and construction to leasing, maintenance and property management, as well as property dispositions. Since founding Teal in 1984, Eric has overseen the acquisition, construction, renovation and sales of numerous residential, office and hospitality projects in and around the Lafayette area. Eric is a graduate of Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, and holds an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans.
