Adam Loftin

Adam has extensive experience in large-scale real estate development, investment and consulting. Adam was previously a co-founder and principal of a real estate investment company based in New York City, which focused on the redevelopment of historic multi-family residential and mixed-use properties. Prior to that venture Adam was the Director of Market Research for an international development services firm with projects throughout the United States, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Adam is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, and holds a Master’s in Real Estate from New York University. Adam is also an LEED Accredited Professional as recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
